The City of Bucklin community leaders formed a committee to inquire into the need to reopen a grocery store in town. With the grant money, the committee was able to conduct a market study to see if Bucklin and the surrounding area could support a grocery store.

It made the business more efficient and give them flexibility when looking forward. The grant funding was used for POS system upgrade.
